Processing Time Orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Methods We ship via Canada Post with rates calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping is available on orders over $75 CAD within Canada.
Delivery Times
- Alberta: 4-6 business days
- Western Canada (BC, SK, MB): 5-8 business days
- Eastern Canada (ON, QC, Atlantic provinces): 7-9 business days
- Northern Canada & Territories: 10-12 business days
International Shipping We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-14 business days).
Order Tracking All orders include tracking information sent to your email. You can monitor your shipment's progress through Canada Post's tracking system.
Product Care During Shipping Our natural tallow products are carefully packaged to maintain quality during transit. However, extreme temperatures may affect product consistency. This is normal and does not impact product effectiveness.
